The inspection plan is not identical for every product. A laptop backpack, diaper bag, sports equipment bag and outdoor backpack have different risk points. We therefore review inspection priorities against the approved sample, construction, materials, branding and buyer requirements.

Before mass production, the team checks the confirmed product information, including dimensions, materials, colors, components, logo position, functional details, labels and packaging. The approved sample or confirmed specification becomes the working reference.
Relevant materials and components are reviewed against the confirmed order requirements. Depending on the bag, this may include outer fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, buckles, padding, reinforcement materials, labels and packaging items.
Cut pieces, printing, embroidery, patches or other branding elements are checked for position, appearance and consistency with the approved artwork and sample.
During production, inspectors monitor workmanship and construction at relevant stages. Typical checkpoints can include stitching, seam alignment, reinforcement, component placement, edge finishing and assembly sequence.
Finished products are reviewed for appearance, measurements, compartment layout and intended functions. Zippers, buckles, straps, handles and other moving or load-bearing parts can be checked according to the confirmed product requirements.
Packaging, labels, quantities and carton information are checked against the order requirements before shipment coordination. Buyer-specific inspection arrangements can be discussed before production.
