We review the intended use, target market, dimensions, capacity, materials, colors, branding, functional details, packaging and expected order plan. Buyers may provide a technical pack, drawing, bill of materials, reference sample or product concept.
The team evaluates fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, buckles, padding, reinforcement and decoration options. When a requested specification needs clarification, the issue is raised before sampling.
A development sample helps confirm shape, dimensions, compartments, carrying comfort, branding position and construction. Comments are recorded and reviewed before the next sample or pre-production confirmation.
Before mass production, the approved specification, materials, colors, artwork, labels and packaging requirements are confirmed for the order.
The order is scheduled according to material readiness, product complexity, line availability and the agreed delivery plan. Cutting, decoration, sewing, assembly and finishing are coordinated around the confirmed specification.
Quality checks may cover incoming materials, work in progress, finished products and packaging. Inspection points are selected according to the bag design and buyer requirements.
Packing details, carton information and shipment documents are checked against the confirmed order requirements before dispatch.
